Ademola Adeleke has been confirmed as the governor of Osun State by the Supreme Court on Tuesday.
The apex court ruled that Gboyega Oyetola and his party, All Progressives Congress (APC) did not provide enough evidence to support their claim that Adeleke was not properly accredited as a voter and there was over-voting in the election.
The five-member panel also affirmed that the appellate court's decision to restore Adeleke as governor was the right one.
