Nigerian rapper Jude ‘MI’ Abaga and his wife, Eniola Mafe, recently shared their experiences with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), a neurodevelopmental disorder that affects attention, hyperactivity, and impulsiveness, and can last from childhood to adulthood.
Speaking on the Aproko Doctor podcast, the couple revealed that they have both been diagnosed with the disorder, and have found ways to cope by building the habit of communication and understanding.
Eniola said that her ADHD affected her in school, while MI struggled with paying attention in class.
Despite the challenges, the couple has come to accept ADHD as part of their journey in life, with MI crediting it for his creativity and desire to understand things better.
