A three-member panel, in a unanimous decision on Thursday, determined that both the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the African Democratic Congress (ADC) were unable to substantiate their claims of non-compliance and irregularities in their respective petitions.
Justice Orji Abadua, delivering the lead judgment, affirmed the earlier ruling of the Gombe State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, which had rejected the petition filed by Jibrin Barde of the PDP.
