Former Manchester United Forward Radamel Falcao's Lavish Madrid Residence Robbed During Family Dinner

Former Manchester United and Chelsea striker Radamel Falcao has fallen victim to a burglary at his residence in an upscale Madrid suburb.

The incident occurred on the evening of September 30, while the 37-year-old Colombian football legend was dining with his family at a nearby restaurant, as reported by the Spanish daily El Mundo. Earlier on the same day, Falcao had secured a crucial point for his current team, Rayo Vallecano, by converting a last-minute penalty against LaLiga rivals Mallorca.

During the break-in, the intruders made off with a collection of designer bags, watches, and jewelry. Their criminal activities were cut short when an employee unexpectedly encountered them, causing them to flee the scene.

Spanish authorities have initiated an investigation to identify and apprehend the individuals responsible for this intrusion.

This incident follows another high-profile burglary that took place recently, involving the home of Sergio Ramos and his wife, model and TV presenter Pilar Rubio, near Seville. Their residence was burgled on September 20 while they were away, leaving their four young children in the care of two nannies. The burglars specifically targeted the couple's bedroom and made off with a substantial haul, including watches, jewelry, designer clothing, shoes worth over £300,000, as well as five Louis Vuitton bags and four suitcases from the same brand with an approximate value of nearly £40,000.
