Renowned Nigerian artist, Davido, has publicly shown his admiration for Ilebaye Odiniya, the recent winner of the Big Brother Naija All Stars competition.
The 22-year-old model, hailing from Kogi, emerged victorious by defeating five other finalists to claim the N120 million grand prize on October 1, 2022, during the All Stars edition of Big Brother Naija. Ilebaye secured her win with an impressive 30.8% of the votes, surpassing Mercy Eke, who managed to garner only 23.4%. Her triumph came as a surprise to many viewers, given that she was initially considered an underdog in the All Stars season, having been eliminated from the Level Up season after just three weeks.
In a show of celebration for the self-proclaimed "Gen Z Baddie," Davido took to his social media handle and wrote, "ILEBAYE... I love a success story!" In response to the musician's kind words, Ilebaye expressed her gratitude by commenting, "Thank you, OBO."
