Erling Haaland Vows to Give His All for Treble Success at Manchester City

Erling Haaland, the star striker of Manchester City, has expressed his determination to contribute everything he can to help the club achieve a historic Treble.

Having already secured the Premier League title this season, City has the opportunity to add two more trophies to their collection. They will face Manchester United in the FA Cup final on Saturday and then take on Inter Milan in the Champions League final on June 10th.

The only English club to have accomplished a Treble is United, who achieved the feat in 1999.

Haaland, at the age of 22, considers it an incredible prospect to make history with his team.

Acknowledging City's dominance in domestic competitions, he aims to be the missing piece that secures their triumph in the Champions League.

Haaland candidly admitted that this is precisely why he was brought to the club, emphasizing his determination to make his biggest dream come true. He acknowledges the challenges they will face against two formidable opponents who will do everything in their power to thwart City's ambitions.

Haaland recognizes the need for City to perform at their best to have a real chance at achieving their goals.

This season, City claimed their third consecutive Premier League title, surpassing Arsenal. Haaland, who joined the club from Borussia Dortmund last summer, had a remarkable debut season in English football.

He broke the Premier League record for the most goals in a single season, scoring a total of 52 goals across all competitions. His outstanding performances earned him the Football Writers' Association (FWA) men's footballer of the year award, making him the first player to win both the Premier League player and young player of the year awards in the same season.

The striker acknowledges the impact his success has had on his life, remarking on the changes he has experienced and the impossibility of leading a normal life.

Haaland, standing tall at 196cm with his distinctive long blonde hair, accepts that he will always attract attention wherever he goes. Despite the challenges, he tries to embrace the fame and enjoy every moment, seeking relaxation and cherishing the time spent with loved ones.

Reflecting on his progress this season, Haaland believes he has improved significantly, but he is determined to continue developing and refining every aspect of his game. With a long career ahead of him, he remains focused on constant growth and acknowledges the decision he made over a year ago to join Manchester City as an important step in his journey.

Looking ahead to the upcoming FA Cup final against Manchester United, Haaland expects a tough match. He recognizes United's motivation to not only secure another victory against their local rivals following their Carabao Cup success but also to prevent City from achieving a Treble.

Haaland emphasizes the need for City to stay true to their style of play, remain focused on themselves, and execute their game plan to the best of their abilities. Ultimately, he acknowledges that the outcome will be determined by which team performs better during the 90-minute contest.
