Gubernatorial Aspirant Nabbed in Kogi State

The gubernatorial candidate of the Action Alliance in the ongoing elections in Kogi State, Olayinka Braimoh, has been apprehended by security operatives in Kabba. 

This development was confirmed by his media aide, Musa Yakubu, who stated that Braimoh and seven of his security personnel were taken into custody after campaign materials were reportedly discovered in his vehicle.

Yakubu expressed concern about the candidate's whereabouts, mentioning that the last communication he had with Braimoh was in the morning when he called from Kabba town. However, all attempts to reach him since then have been unsuccessful, as his mobile lines, along with those of his entourage, have been switched off.
