The Swedish automaker has made significant improvements to its electric offerings, including the Volvo C40 Recharge and Volvo XC40 Recharge models, which now come with enhanced EPA ranges of nearly 300 miles, making them even more enticing options for eco-conscious consumers.

Let's dive into the specifics. The 2024 Volvo C40 Recharge, equipped with a brand-new rear-wheel drive powertrain, boasts a starting price of $53,600. With its newly introduced 82-kilowatt-hour battery, it achieves an impressive 297 miles of EPA range. If you prefer the all-wheel drive version, it's just an additional $1,750, coming in at $55,350. Remarkably, this pricing remains quite competitive with the 2023 model year's all-wheel drive version, while now offering an extended EPA range of 257 miles, up from the previous 226 miles.
