Documentation for the newly-appointed ministers is set to begin this Saturday and is slated to conclude on Sunday, August 20, as stated in an announcement made on Thursday by Nnamdi Mbaeri, the Permanent Secretary of the General Services Department at the Office of the Secretary to the Federation.
The ministers have been requested to bring along essential documents such as their curriculum vitae, birth certificate or declaration of age, and two passport-sized photographs. The documentation process will be held at the Conference Room of the General Services Office, located on the second floor of the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation. The timing for this process is from 10 am to 4 pm on both Saturday, August 19, and Sunday, August 20. It has been emphasized that each minister-designate should provide the names of three guests who will require access to the venue during the documentation process.
The portfolios for the 45 minister-designates who received Senate confirmation were unveiled on Wednesday. The swearing-in ceremony for these ministers is scheduled to take place on Monday, officiated by President Bola Tinubu at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
